This is a converted commercial building that we remodeled into urban finished loft apartments with 12' ceilings and open spaces. This unit has a large living room area, a bedroom with Shower & toilet rooms. And a full kitchen. This unit is connected directly to the laundry room shared by the three apartments in the building. We currently have it furnished and appointed with all the necessary kitchen appliances and full sets of pots and pans, dishes and glass wear, flatware and cooking utensils. Towels, sheets and toiletries. The bed is a Murphy bed with a queen mattress attached to the wall and there is a couch, recliner and other comfy chairs, dining table for 4. And space for a desk/work space if needed. Or it can be unfurnished too. Ideally we are looking for longer term stays as a furnished unit. Pets are allowed with a 2 pet maximum. As the unit is in a building with others, dogs that bark when left alone would not be a good fit. We have other property available for toileting as the building doesn't have a yard but there is a great park a short walk right down the street. Off street parking is available but the spot right out front is the best spot and is in our security cameras 24/7 monitored view. It is offered furnished or unfurnished and the rent is negotiable based on that status and length of lease but gas & water are always included. Some conditions include Electric & Google. 60 day holdover after a negotiated term lease. Pet conditions are must be over 2 years old, spayed/neutered, and for cats indoor only. Kennel comfortable when left alone in the unit. And due to the proximity of other tenants in the building barking when left alone could create an issue. We have yards in our adjacent units for toileting or the park is a block down the street.
