This Apartment is a fully furnished 2 bed 1 bath apartment, it rents $650 per room or $1300 a month. Available to be booked on Airbnb or a Month-to-Month lease. If you would like to do a application it will be $50 non refundable fee. A deposit $1300 non refundable deposit will be required with a month to month lease. All utilities and internet is included only if you rent the entire unit. If you rent just the room than utilities will be divided between you and roommate. The apartment will go fast so serious inquiries ONLY! Will be available December 1st or possibly sooner. Property Manager pays all utilities and Internet is included. Renter pays rent with a non refundable security deposit of $1300. This is considered a short term rental the minimum amount of days to rent is 90 days.
