The property is in close proximity to the metro, capitol Hill and three major Hospitals. This is a fully furnished apartment with smart tv. and ideal to commuters who work in government, especially health care professionals on a short term assignments . The living room has a comfortable couch and loveseat with a decorative fireplace. The beds are queen size with comfortable matresses and walk in closets. the renovated bathroom features a jacuzzi. The dining room is large with stone table and six chairs( corner space can be used as an office area). The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, large refrigerator, oven and stone counter tops. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve food including dishes,glass, pots , pans, and silverware . The basement with washer and dryer can also be used as a storage area . There is private back yard that is a paceful area for relaxation. Please note the furniture can be removed upon request and agreement between the owner and tenant. The rental unit is furnished but upon request it could be unfurnished and lease can be for up to a year or longer to qualified tenants. A one month security deposit is required that will be refunded upon check out. A small dog(less than 50 lbs ) will be allowed and pet fee of $300 paid upon signing the lease.
