There is engineered wood flooring in the dining room. The apartment is spotless. The washer and dryer are shared and located on the 1st floor of the building. Close to various grocery stores (Jewel, Meijer and Aldi). The Metra train station and bus stop are close proximity of the apartment. There is a walking trail near the complex. Close to the mall and various fast food and restaurants within the vicinity. The complex has a tennis court and pool. No pets allowed. The lease is one year. The building owner will pay for heat, cooking gas, and water. The tenant pays for electricity and cable. No pets are allowed, nor No smoking is allowed in the apartment/building. Parking is on the premises. Parking is first come first serve. Parking permits are issued by the building owner/association. Cars will be towed at owners' expense, if there are no parking permits displayed in the car window. We require a 680 credit score, 1 1/2 month security deposit and background check is required. The application fee is $50 non-refundable.
