1BR / 1Ba apartment, laundry in building, no smoking, off-street parking. Thanks for expressing interest in our apartment building. There is a living room / kitchen, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a walk in closet. The units are 400 square feet. We have a laundry/storage/bike storage room that is kept locked by combination. We provide off-street parking and trash and recycling removal at no additional cost. There are two bus stops within 1/2 block. Included in the rent is heat and water. The tenant pays electricity only. We tell every tenant up front that this is a quiet building. Loud music and partying will not work well with us. This and the fact all units are one bedroom lends itself to grad students and new professionals. It is a no smoking building. If you care to see a unit let me know and we can schedule it.
