You will also be required to pay a last month's rent if credit score comes in under 600. No criminal backgrounds. Owner is responsible for lawn maintenance. Parking off-street by unit or across the street. No smoking in the unit. Pets are considered with a $350 one-time nonrefundable per pet fee. Max: 2 pets.
