With four bedrooms and three baths, this residence offers 2661 square feet of living space in the desirable neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Inside, you'll find the elegance of hardwood floors paired with modern conveniences like a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. *Other Things To Note:* As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of the property management company. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an additional charge, together with a one-time $300 for reservations. Please note that this property requires a $5,000 credit hold for stays of less than 90 nights and $10,000 for stays of 90 nights or longer. This security deposit is facilitated after a booking is confirmed as a credit card hold taken 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure.
