Security Deposits and Application Fees: The application fee $30 which is non refundable regardless of acceptance. The security deposit is only $500 with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may ask for a higher security deposit. Utilities: Water/wastewater, gas, trash, and pest control will be billed back each month to each apartment and added to your online account where you may pay rent and submit work orders. Each resident will put electricity (phone, and cable, as wanted) in their own name. Pet Policy: We happily welcome your pets! Please consider a $150 non-refundable pet fee upfront, $150 additional security deposit and $25/month pet rent.
