It is located in the beautiful Purple Parrot Resort. Some of the amenities you will have use of at the resort are a decorative outdoor pool with a waterfall, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, an expanded weight room with weight machines and cardio, and saunas in the Men's and Women's restrooms. There is a full-service Tiki Bar on site with live music. You can also order food from "The Grill" beside the tiki bar. The beach is only a 2-minute drive away. You can find more info on Airbnb. My condo name is Whispering Waters at Perdido Key The owner pays all utilities including cable TV and wifi. The lease ends on February 29, 2024. Per Fire and HOA guidelines, no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the condo. The maximum number of people per night is 6. No pets are allowed per HOA. The tenant is responsible for taking their garbage to the dumpsters. The tenants are asked to return the condo to the condition they found it to the best of their ability. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $250.
