Just a few blocks from downtown, the interior of the unit comes completely flipped and outfitted with new flooring and fixtures, new countertops, and a brand new bathroom. Heating is done through a central forced air heater and electric baseboard heaters. The central forced heat is controlled by the landlord and will keep the unit around 67 degrees in the winter, however the baseboard heaters are controlled in the unit by the tenant. No AC. No Laundry .Cats are welcome. There is plenty of storage space right outside of the unit in a stairwell closet as well as in the basement. Being on the third floor, the unit also has beautiful natural light and fantastic views. Additionally, there is a reserved off street parking spot at the back of the property. Leases will only be on 1 year terms, and then month-to-month or a year renewal thereafter. Landlord pays utility bills for the following: Gas, Water, Garbage, Sewer (Tenant is then responsible for electricity, internet, cable, phone, etc.). First months rent, rental deposit, and any other applicable fees are due at signing. No Smoking. Pets are allowed with a monthly fee of $50/pet (multiple pets permitted, please contact for limits).
