One pet of less than 20 pounds allowed. All applicants will be screened using the LPS tenant screening. $45 feel will be refunded upon move-in. Lease term is flexible. Move-in cost equal deposit plus prorated rent. (example if moving in on the 1st the maximum cost would be $850 deposit+850 rent+75 propane = $1775.) any other move-in date later in the month would be prorated less. Parking limited to one car on site.
