Only $1600 a month if you take over our lease Usually $2105 a month (Valid from 01/07/2024 till 05/16/2024) *Update Price Reduction to $1600 a month* I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 7th 2024 until May 16th 2024. It is for the entire apartment, a first floor, unfurnished, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at The Century. Rent is normally $2105 a month, we are dropping it down to $1600 a month, as we are moving soon. Apartments are pet friendly, parking is included and free with plenty of spaces. It is located in Purdue's Research Park within walking distance to restaurants and Walmart. There is a bus stop on the 10 line that goes directly to Purdue's campus. There is a salt water pool, workout room, indoor basketball court, secure package room, stainless steel appliances, and a smart home system in the apartment. Lease will be transferred to you through The Century, all transfer fees will be taken care of by us. Electricity and Internet are renters responsibility. Pet friendly apartment. Lease dates are January 7th until May 16th.
