This apartment is an upstairs unit in a building with 3 other residential tenants and 1 commercial tenant. The apartment offers an open concept living room and kitchen area that extends into a fairly large storage space that can be used as a pantry as well. The two bedrooms are estimated at 110 square feet and both have their own window ac unit. The building is very close to the heart of downtown LaSalle. Although it is in a busy area the apartment building tends to stay on the quieter side. I hope to find a long term tenant although I am a month to month lessor. I also need my potential renters to have a good credit score. I will not be inclined towards renting to smokers or those with animals, excluding pet cats. I will be suppling the tenant with free Wi-fi as a amenity along with a coin operated washer and dryer. First months rent along with security deposit required to move in. I allow cats but charge 100 no refundable fee and I increase the rent 25 dollars a month. I will not rent to smokers. I charge 30 dollars to run credit checks. There is public parking behind the building. The owner pays trash and water bills. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity bills. The washer and the dryer that is used by the other tenants in the building is hooked up to the utilities for this apartment. I will be supplying free wifi that is only used by this apartment.
