We are located very near Lakewood Subdivision and Sentara RMH. The apartment has it's on driveway and entrance on a private dead end street. It has a heat pump for heating and cooling, water softener, dishwasher, washer & dryer and all on 1 floor living. It is 1600 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. The lawn is maintained by the Landlord. It has a large kitchen with a bar, laundry room and wood flooring throughout. This location will be available January 1st. We will be showing it by appointment only after answering the following questions. What date would you like to move in? Do you have pets? How long have you lived in your current home? Why are you moving? How many people will be living in the unit & what are their names & ages? How many people living with you smoke? What is your monthly income & where do you work? What is your credit score? 600 is the minimum score we require Have you ever been convicted of a relevant crime? Have you ever been evicted? Have you ever broken a rental agreement? I prefer a short term lease of 3 months - 6 months, but will consider a 1 year lease.
