This home is in a very sought after, safe and carefree location with an easy & relaxed pace. It is very quiet and with great neighbors. If you choose to rent it furnished, it has all you need (pots, pans, utensils, vacuum, etc.). Furnished or unfurnished, you and your pet will be soooo happy! Also, I live just 7 blocks away so that's nice : ) Facetime interviews and virtual tours in most cases so out of town folks can rent with ease.
