Queen bed in main bedroom. Single bed (with pull out single underneath) in connected vestibule for 2nd bedroom or sitting room. Couch bed in living room. Note that the possible 2nd bedroom space is a vestibule connected to the bedroom with no door. Rental price includes all utilities and internet. Month to month rental with longer term negotiable. Patio and meditation garden are part of the business run out of the building and observe quiet hours until 5:00PM, Monday - Friday and 12:00PM on Saturday. Patio is always available for use but we ask for quiet activity during hours above and no use of the yard during those times.
