Idaho Law says the Tenant has to receive 24 hour notice for a non-emergency entry.* Bills: HOA _included_ in rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for refilling water softner salt and changing air filters. Management is responsible for seasonal Furnace and Air Conditioning inspection. Restrictions: No smoking. No drug use.
