This property includes a one car garage parking space and an ADDITIONAL 3rd non-conforming 300 Foot basement bedroom! Plenty of room for up 4 adults or 2 and adults and 4 kids. Excellent fenced patio opens to a jogging/biking trail! On a cul-de-sac for extra safety! Conveniently located only 1 mile from the future South Shore line station to Chicago down Main Street. Bus service one block away. All three bedrooms are quite large - and have plenty of room for a work desk too. The price listed does NOT include utilities but that can be negotiated if you prefer added to the price. There is also about another 300 feet of storage space in the laundry/basement. If you prefer the property to be emptied of furniture that is fine. If you only want some of the furniture to stay that can be arranged. I am very flexible. The furniture is humble but useful. The King Bed in the Master is of superior quality. Renter pays water, power, trash collection and internet. However if the renter prefers I can add that into the terms for an additional $300 a month. If bringing a dog by Home Owner Association bylaws it cannot be over 25lbs at maturity. This is non-negotiable. All Homeowner bylaws are required to be followed by tenant. Excessive noise will violate the lease and lead to eviction. This is a very quiet building and people like it that way. Tenants may not have more than two cars on the property. No RV. No Boats. No personal property outside the patio. The lease is for 12 months and can be renewed each year for an upward adjustment of an additional 5% for inflation. (If no inflation then no adjustment) If all payments are on time for 12 months I will reduce the inflation adjustment by 2% per year.
