Additionally, the home is pet friendly (extra pet fee), and guests will have access to one car garage (low ceiling), and one designated parking spot off the alley. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A Valid Driver's License, background check, credit report and permanent address are required. Lease duration: 1 month to 3 months and requires first and last month's rent upfront. A tenant is required to keep the interior of the apartment clean and free of damage. The tenant is responsible for breakage and/or damage.
