This is a 2 bed/1 bath unfurnished apartment on the 1st floor with private entrance. Very spacious, bright with big windows in all rooms. Located in the historic riverside area of Jacksonville. Nice and safe neighborhood with walking distance to convinience and food stores. Just a few blocks from the river, st. Vicent Riverside Hospital and parks. Includes two bedroom with spacious closets. Eating kitchen, living and dinning room combined, and a private closet with washer and dryer hook ups. Central Air / Heat controled by you. There's one parking space on the back of the building and extra parking on the street. No application or broker fees. You're dealing directly with the owner. I need to see proof of income with job phone number, and anterior landlord phone number for references. Asking for first and last month of rent. Also $1,300 of security. There's $50 added to the monthly rent for water. No smoking inside the apartment a lot of space in the back or front. Every apartment has a marked parking space in the back of the house. After 9:30pm is quite time, no loud noise please. Every tenant has it's own garbage/ recycle bin, and you're responsible to take it out on collection days. We charge a $200.00 fee for cleaning when leaving the apartment. If you choose to clean, or have it clean we'll return that amount.
