We are located on the 5th floor & sleeps up to 4! Kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils! Fitness center on the 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large pool with kiddie pool. Common area balconies throughout the complex, we do not have a private balcony. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonally! Best place to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the upper deck above the snack bar. Shuffle Board! Beachfront and only steps to the beach! CASH only, HOA office is on the 1st floor and open daily 8a-5p, if coming after 5pm see security for parking passes. - 4 people max per stay by HOA ( including children any age) - Guests allowed to park only one car by HOA ( any additional cars have to be parked on public parking) - there is no private balcony in the unit, but there are common spaces on each floor with chairs to enjoy the view! Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own. We do have equipment for the amenities and beach chairs for your use. We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue. Weekly to monthly rentals welcome until March 3, 2024. $1,300 per month or $500 per week. All utilities are included. $300 refundable deposit. $100 cleaning fee for weekly stays, $150 cleaning fee for 14 days or longer. No smoking inside unit No pets
