This is a house with 2 stories. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. This unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor. NOT THE FIRST FLOOR. We have a studio on the first floor that is not included with the rental Close to shopping, great restaurants and activities. Very open floor plan. *A full kitchen stocked with kitchen essentials. Bedroom 1: King Bed-sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: King Bed-sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed-double on the bottom and single on top and a single pull out-Sleeps 4 Bedroom 4: Trundle-2 Twin Beds Max occupancy: 10 guests Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quite Hrs 10p.m-7a.m. All household trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster at the front of the property. Never leave trash outside. ONLY household trash. No furniture, appliances, construction materials, etc. We can do a 1 month or 2 month lease. Latest we can rent this property is 3/8/24 One time clean fee: $150
