Off-site manager so must schedule viewing time. Owner pays water, garbage, and sewer. Tenant pays gas and electric. $25 extra per month for smokers. Rent of $725 is for 2 people, $25 extra per person. Deposit of $700 is based on 2 people, $50 extra per person. Additional deposit may be required.
