You'll be able to partake in many unique festivals and events, as the apartment is just a short fifteen minute walk from the beautiful Tower Grove Park and Missouri Botanical Garden. The kitchen is fitted with retro wooden cabinetry, a gas stove, and a brand new refrigerator. The unit has central heating and a window AC unit. Washer/dryers and storage are located in the building basement. Pet policy: Dogs/cats welcome - no breed or weight restrictions, maximum two pets allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee. With one pet, there is $25 monthly pet rent, with two pets there is a pet rent of $35/month. All occupants over the age of 18 must submit an application for residency. Application fee is $55/applicant. We will conduct a criminal, credit, and background check as well as verify employment and residency. We would require all occupants to make 3 times the monthly rental amount in gross income, collectively. A 630 FICO2 or higher credit score is required, and the score is pulled from Experian. For additional requirements, please contact the property manager. Utilities: Tenant pays electricity, gas, and a prorated share of water, sewage, and trash. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee. Parking: Free street parking or first-come-first-serve public surface lot parking available.
