The sun is the heart and soul of outdoor mountain adventures whether it be hiking, biking, horseback riding, rafting, kayaking, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing or simply enjoying a good book on the back patio. Sol Suite is a wonderful place for the adventurer seeking solace in the sun. This is a furnished vacation rental that is available for month to month rental until the end of May 2024. This one bedroom apartment is attached to a home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bedroom opens to the guest's own private back patio. (The fireplace in the pictures is not usable). It is a new remodel with one bedroom and a daybed in the living room. It's private so guests most likely won't see the residents in the main house. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with new appliances and open to the living area. The living area does have Wifi and a smart tv for streaming. Parking is limited to one car in the driveway directly in front of Sol Suite or one car parked curbside. Owner pays utilities including wifi. Month to month reservation preferred until end of May 2024. Rental Agreement required. No pets/no drugs/no smoking/no exceptions. Security deposit is dependent upon a background/credit check. $50 application fee.
