Additionally, there is a private storage closet that can be locked off in the upstairs common area. This complex backs to a school with a large open grassy park. There is one dedicated parking spot, plus 2 visitor spots (shared among all tenants in this fourplex), and additional alley parking spots. Heat is included in the utility bill, but air-conditioning is handled by the tenant's own window unit (if desired). Renter is responsible setting up their own electric service with Colorado Springs Utility company. Additionally, a utility fee of $105/month is added to the rent to cover gas, water, sewer and trash. There is no smoking in this property. One parking spot is included. There are two visitor parking spots that are shared with the other 3 tenants on a first come, first served basis.
