Short-Term Rental available = 14 night minimum, starting at $175/night (depending on season) All Rentals subject to Florida Sales and Tourist Tax of 12.5% All basic utilities and Internet included up to $100. Electric allowance per month. Condo has 1 designated parking place inside upper level garage. No smoking allowed inside or outside on premises. Cleaning fee $175. We will "consider" 1 small dog - and "may" be allowed w/ restrictions (small dog under 20lbs)- Must agree to Pet Policy and additional fees apply, and subject to Owner written approval in advance - NO EXCEPTIONS. Security Deposit required of $1,000. All Guests are required to complete and sign an Application, Rental Agreement, and Condo Association Rules & Policies form, Pet policy (if applicable) when booking and making reservation payment, in order to confirm final reservation. Security Deposit is required. Cancellation Policy is 90 days prior to Lease Term beginning date for "Regular Season" and 120 days prior to Lease Term beginning date for January through April months, for refund. Our Rental Policy requires we personally speak with each Guest shortly upon booking and/or prior to your arrival - for your assurance and our safety, and also to provide additional information and answer any other questions --so you can be assured you are staying in a beautiful, high quality and very clean luxury condominium. NOTE: It is recommended that Guests pay by "e-Check" or "ACH" transfer without any additional fees. Payments made by credit card will incur an additional 4% fee on the total reservation/booking amount, which will be electronically billed separately by Owner and due on demand prior to Lease beginning date.
