We offer month-to month Rental Agreements and need applications for all renters over 18. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and are required to have renter's insurance at all times during tenancy. This is a Non-Smoking property. There is a Pet Screening process that all tenants must complete. We allow dogs and cats up to 20 pounds, with a 2 pet maximum. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet and an additional deposit of $500. Each apartment comes with one off-street parking space.
