Inman Park Rail station is a quick ride up Moreland Ave (about 1.5 miles). Electronic Lock access Video camera security In house washer / dryer Some shared utilities, or a fixed rate utility option. Requires a 12 month commitment You: MUST be laid back, drama free /drug free. Prefer vegetarian / healthy eater. Absolutely no party people or crazy drinkers or drug users. This is grounds for immediate eviction. Must have a job / guaranteed income and be able to prove 12 months + on time rent payments.
