Wake up and sip your morning coffee on the screened in lanai overlooking the canal. Make breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen before heading down to the beautiful pool just across the way. In the afternoon you can set out on the Pinellas Trail, explore the Sponge Docks of Tarpon, or visit one of the many famous Gulf Beaches! The condo has a spacious Master Bedroom complete with King bed and spa-like Master Bath. A slider out to the lanai allows you to roll out of bed and step into paradise. The second bedroom has a queen bed and spacious closet for guests along with a full bath right across the hall. In the living area you have access to a smart TV with Roku plus your regular local cable. There is also a big laundry closet with plenty of storage space for your pool and beach gear. You will have everything you need to call this your home away from home! Come escape the winter in the beautiful Sunshine State in the most gorgeous and happening area on the Gulf! ALL utilities included. One month minimum rental. Renters must be at least 25.
