Cow Creek Suite For Two operates under Short Term Rental License No. STR2017-17 issued by the Town of Ridgway. This FULLY FURNISHED studio apartment is available for intermediate term stays during the months of November through April at the special, ALL-INCLUSIVE 29-night rate of $1775.00 plus applicable sales taxes of 12.55% ($1998.00 total), subject to availability. Rent INCLUDES all utilities, town services (water, sewer, and weekly trash pick up), furnishings, high-speed wireless internet from CenturyLink, satellite HDTV service from DishNetwork, bed linens and towels, and one professional cleaning following each 29-night stay. You are welcome to book as many 29-night stays as you need during these months - three or more reduces the 29-night rate to $1675.00 plus taxes and taking all six reduces the 29-night rate to $1575 plus taxes. Note that since this studio apartment is regulated by the Town of Ridgway as a short term rental you will need to stay elsewhere for one night between stays but we have plenty of storage available and our past guests have used these times to explore all the nearby attractions and things to do around here and generally become more familiar with the area. Although this is one of the newer vacation rental units in the area (opened May, 2014), we have been owner-operators of one of Ouray County's most popular vacation rentals since 2007 - the award winning Cow Creek Suite. This ground floor studio apartment offers the same measure of affordable luxury in a large, open and airy space that our guests have come to appreciate with Cow Creek Suite but at significantly less cost for those not needing two bedrooms or a full kitchen. The property is entirely smoke and pet free and features: - AccuClean(TM) Whole Home Air Filtration System - a comfy king bed with 400 thread-count, 100% cotton sheets - allergen barrier bedding - private bathroom with laundry and lockable water closet (toilet and sink) - well-equipped kitchenette - HDTV including satellite service by Dish Network with 'The Hopper' - high-speed, password protected wireless internet service by CenturyLink - secure, in-unit storage for two bicycles - custom woodwork and high-quality furnishings Located just nine highway miles north of Ouray at the very eastern edge of the town of Ridgway, the convenient location is as quiet as it gets yet close-in enough to save you time getting to all the places you want to go in "San Juan Country". Ridgway's network of wide, pedestrian and bike friendly sidewalks are accessed directly across the street for a quick, easy walk or ride into the center of town and all its many fine restaurants, shops, and attractions - including the Visitor Center, Railroad Museum, Town Park, County Fairgrounds, and the River Trail. (The River Trail traverses the Uncompahgre River corridor to Dennis Weaver Memorial Park and Ridgway State Park and will also get you to many of the area's awesome trails for cross-country skiing, hiking and single-track.) Short Term Rental Agreement (3 pages) and payment of half the Total Rent as a Reservation Deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Payment of the balance plus the Damage Deposit required 60 days prior to check in date. If booked less than 60 days prior to check in date the entire amount is due within 7 days of booking. NO PETS, SMOKING, VAPING, TOBACCO OR CANNABIS: Cow Creek Suites is designed and marketed to meet the needs of those with aversions to allergens, chemicals and other toxic substances as well as air-borne irritants such as smoke, vapor, pet dander, tobacco, cannabis and other allergens and is maintained and marketed to be free of these contaminants. Owner has invested heavily in building materials, finishes, air filtration, bedding and cleaning products that enable this hard to find aspect of the property. Accordingly, pets, smoking, vaping, and any forms of tobacco or cannabis (including clothing that smells of tobacco or cannabis) are not permitted anywhere on the property inside or out. To protect our guests and our business we have a zero tolerance policy towards violations which will result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning and sanitization costs being incurred by the Primary Occupant.
