The open house will be Sunday 11/05/2023 at 1-3pm. Welcome This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated apartment and it is prefect for a family who is looking for a longer term rental (minimum 6 months) in the heart of Silicon Valley. The rental agreement doesn't have many restrictions as long as you keep the apartment tidy and lively. Enjoy the days you spend in here. You will have access to everything in the apartment including kitchen, utensils, in-unit laundry, bathroom, backyard, BBQ grill and living room that has a large screen projector for watching TV/movies, Apple TV. You will have a designated and covered parking spot. There is additional permit parking in the community (you will have one extra permit). There is a newly installed washer and dryer, and there is additional industrial grade laundry room in the community for larger loads, behind the building. There are 3 community pools and a small sports activity rooms for ping pong, etc. You will have a very comfortable California King bed / queen bed with new bed sheets and comforter in each room. There are two air mattresses for an occasionally overnight guests. (one queen, one king). Pets are welcome!! The apartment is located in a convenient area across the street from the beautiful Central Park and is near a shopping area with banks, Safeway, and multiple restaurants within walking distance. Close to many large companies such as Apple, Nvidia, Intel, etc. The apartment is 10 minutes from the Santa Clara CalTrain station by car. There are a couple bus stops nearby. The leasing contract has to be 6 months or 1 year, and then change to month to month. If you choose to pay $3600, we will covered all utility and 1GB fast internet fee. You can choose to use our furniture or rearrange it yourself. It will be a prefect long term rental home for you in Silicon Valley.
