Upscale linens, (Pottery Barn and Anthropology,) adorn 1 king bed, 1 queen, and a single futon in the three upstairs bedrooms. Kitchens are well equipped to cook any meal you can imagine and there is a gas grill for tenant use. Each side sleeps 5. Board games are provided for your entertainment and there are beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach towels and even sunscreen in the unit for your use. Perfect beach location centrally located in the middle of the beach community so that you can walk to at least 20 different bars and restaurants. Madeira Beach is within a 20 minute Uber to all of the outstanding bars and restaurants in downtown St. Petersburg, a thriving new metropolitan area on Tampa Bay and only 35 minutes from Tampa aka "Champa Bay." You can enjoy the night-life in either city or catch a game and cheer on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Tampa Bay Lighting or the Rays or watch the Yankees and Red Sox play spring ball in Tampa or Clearwater.
