The full bath is upstairs with the bedrooms. One bedroom has a walk-in closet and additional storage at the top of the stairs. Pets Welcome with an additional deposit of $500 and monthly pet rent of $50 for dogs and $35 for cats. The application fee is $40 per adult. Residents pay for all utilities and the required renter's insurance. Each unit comes with one parking space that is assigned in the carport. An on-site laundry room has 'card readers' on the machines, so no quarters are needed. We also have two seasonal pools!
