Excellent beach condo, great storage and space. Walk across the street to St Pete Beach using of one the beacon light cross walks - safe and easy. The Sylvette condo is on Boca Ciega Bay - beautiful dock to fish from and boat slips available for rent. Walk out the ground level unit door to the heated pool. This complex is on the water with boat slips available for rent and ability to drop a paddle board or fish off the dock. Fully furnished - ready for winter season guest. storage and feeling like you have ample space is a good reason for this place. The kitchen is clean with new appliances, good pans, nice cutlery. Bed has been used for 3 "seasons" with the same renters each year (3 month - they bought a place in the complex because they love it). The residents during the winter months are mainly owners that come for winter, very few rentals as you must own for two years prior to making the unit a rental (discourages investors).. No weekly / nightly rentals so not a noisy place with lots of transitional people. The unit is at the beginning of a corridor - walk out the door 15 feet to the gate for main, huge, heated pool. Minimum three month lease. Water, cable, internet, garbage, utility (up to $150,00), and sewer included.. No smoking within the unit. No pets. One parking space is allowed for the unit. You may purchase a street parking pass from the city for a second vehicle - 25$ for the year. Laundry is at the end of the building - lower level. You do have to put money on a card to use. Months available December, January, February, March, April, May. Office does stringent background check and looks for 90 day lease - possibility to split the lease time with different renters.
