Also golf course located on the the community property. Centrally located with many restaurants and stores close by. Guests will have to be approved by condo association and will need to apply at least 30 days in advance. Owner pays for water, electric and internet will be the responsibility of the tenant. All maintenance on the outside included the tenant will have to fill out an application for the association 30 days prior to occupancy. A parking space is provided and there is also guest parking. No smoking is allowed in the Condominium.
