Fully furnished vacation rental with an ocean view. All utilities paid. This rental has a 2 car garage for your vehicle and beach gear. Available NOW for a minimum stay of 30 nights (calendar month not required). The rental is available until May 1, 2024 so a multiple month stay is possible. It is fully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay including sheets, towels, dishes, pot, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is a great ocean view from the deck, dining room and kitchen. The gas grill and patio table make the deck a popular spot to spend time. This rental is a wonderful place to spend a California winter. YOU CAN WALK TO THE BEACH! It is just a short walk downtown to the restaurants, the promenade or to the beach. It is a 2 story unit so you do not have a neighbor above or below you and only have a neighbor on one side of you. In addition to 2 bedrooms with 1 1/2 bathrooms, it has an attached TWO CAR GARAGE. We have laundry rooms in the complex (with coin operated machines) for our tenants only. The kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room are located upstairs. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and garbage disposal besides the regular appliances. The living room has a 3 sided gas fireplace. The upstairs has an open floor plan. The 2 bedrooms and full bathroom are located downstairs. The property is non-smoking and we do not accept pets. We will require a Vacation Rental contract to be signed prior to move-in. The monthly rent is for a maximum of 4 guests. A Vacation Rental Lease is required to be signed and the minimum lease term will be 30 nights. Immediate move-in is available at this time. Rent for the month, cleaning fee and security deposit are due at move-in. Subsequent months must be paid 15 days in advance of the month in which rent is due. As stated, pets and smoking are not allowed. Guest is not required to pay utilities; however, if the electric, gas or water bill exceeds 125% of the average bill, the guest will be responsible for the overage.
