Very close to the hospital and NAWS front gate, with Starbucks along the way. This will be a perfect place for the contracted traveler to enjoy during assignment or those relocating with a 30+ day lease. This is a 30+ day rental, fully furnished and includes utilities, including very fast internet. A $250 cleaning fee, and $1000 security deposit will be collected upon signing, as well as full first month rent. The prorated rent will be due at the first of the next month. No smoking or vaping in the unit. No pets allowed. Parking off street in front of the assigned garage, or in the garage if you have a small car. Cleaning supplies will be provided, however a housekeeper referral can be provided during the stay as well.
