The Atrium at Palm Beach Shores overlooks Singer Island beach, with a recently built wooden walkway which connects the grounds to the beach. The building was renovated 2 years ago both structurally and esthetically. The clubhouse houses a new gym with state of the art equipment, and is adjacent to the pool and bar-b-q area. The apt is a studio with a wide space with a generous closet overlooking the terrace which faces north, with side view to the beach. The Kitchen is separated from the living space and has stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also included is a stackable washing machine/dryer. Bathroom has a tub with shower. Hurricane shutters installed. A short walk offers great dining options and beach specialty stores. Owner pays for water, basic cable and maintenance fee. No smoking and no pets allowed. No more than two persons permitted living in apt. The apt includes one parking space. Rent do the 1st of the month. Penalty fee of $100 applied if rent paid the 5th of the month or after. Entrance FOB, 1 Apt key and Mailbox key included. Tenant is responsible for electricity and wifi. To move in, first, last and security (1 month), required. Tenant will provide two previous payment stubs, reference from previous landlord, copy of driver's license and a Police report will be required. Once lease is agreed, Tenant will complete form provided by Atrium Board at a cost of $150. The Board of Directors will do a final interview to approve residence.
