Our "Island Loft" studio has been completely remodeled, featuring hardwood floors. In this cozy space, you'll find a queen bed for a restful night's sleep, along with a twin bed in the loft. There's a small closet and a well-equipped bathroom for your convenience. The studio includes a kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, although there isn't an oven. Whether it's your morning coffee or a quick snack, you'll have what you need. Plus, there's a shared BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. We provide complimentary bikes for your use, and you'll find them in the garage. Details for locks and other information will be in the welcome sheet you'll receive during check-in. This studio has a private entrance and a lovely deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. It's a separate unit attached to the main house, offering both privacy and convenience. For entertainment, there's a TV and WiFi to keep you connected. Safety is a priority with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in place. You can also relax in the outdoor space. Please note that for a 31-day stay, we kindly request a security deposit (which depends on length of stay) and for stays longer than a month it's $85 or more for monthly cleaning. -$125 monthly charge for all utilities includes WiFi.
