The unit is located in River Oaks Plantation, a small community in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Hop on your bike to ride the Greenway trail, and stop by the neighborhood deli/market for local produce, gourmet treats, fresh seafood or wine on your way home. Launch Paddle boards or kayaks from the small community boat ramp into Rock Creek and paddle your way through the mangrove tunnels or explore Naples Bay. There is a small community pool on the property for those hot Florida days. Renter pays: first, last, and $1500 Security Deposit (refundable) $125 Cleaning fee, $200 non-refundable pet deposit and $50 application fee.
