Get March & April for total of 11,000 for both months. (Valid from 11/07/2023 till 12/15/2023) This No Step Villa is located in the gated resort type community of Paseo in Ft Myers, FL. This community has been described as a resort type community with all its onsite fun activities. This Villa consist of 2-3 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen, large outside lanai with hot tub & fire table. We are independently owned and operated by LinWay LLC with no third party involvement This Monthly rental cost is for, March or April of 2024 and includes 11.5% sales & usage tax. Utilities are paid up to a maximum of $225 electric and $100 water per month. One month minimum rental period is required by HOA. A background check ( by Tenant.com) is required by the HOA application cost $150. There is a $300 cleaning fee. Small dog may be allowed and extra cleaning cost may apply. Special for March & April rental both months for 11,000.
