Amazing 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo in Miami Beach. Amenities included: wheelchair accessible, balcony, deck, dishwasher, pool, stainless steel appliance, storage, and laundry in building. Utilities included: heat, air conditioning and water. Is not pet friendly. There are 2 walk-in closets, and 1 regular closet. The condo is furnished with: queen bed, desk, sofa bed, small table with 4 chairs, metallic table in balcony. I can give you these furniture for free. If you don't want all or some of them, I can easily donate it to people in a maximum of 3 days, you would need to be there so they can get them. Close to the swimming pool, there is also a recreation room that can be rented free of charge, with a $100 safety deposit. If you want to rent the condo, you will need to be approved by the condo board association, and the process takes about 1 week once you give all the required papers. Owner pays for electricity and internet.
