Guests can also park on Alta Vista, with a parking pass. Month to month rental is available, along with 3, 6, and 12 month terms. Tenant is responsible for watering the potted plants in the patio, and front porch. Monthly cleaning service is available for an additional fee. No overnight guests without landlord approval. Be courteous to neighbors and a 10pm noise curfew is enforced. A security deposit of $5,500 is required. And call in advance to get approval on allowing a small dog. An additional pet deposit may be required, and cleaning fees. Any small maintenance issues should be covered by the tenant. Larger issues will be addressed by the landlord. If tenant does not follow the rental policies, the contract will be terminated. No sub-leasing is allowed.
