This is a private and cozy 1 br apartment with a large renovated bathroom. It is located on the 2nd floor of a 7 unit building. There is a small yard and comfortable parking lot from the back entrance to the building. The apartment is dog and cat friendly, as long as your pet has good references. There are many responsible pet owners in the building. There is a shared laundry room. Located just a short walk to downtown and a 5 min drive to our new community garden space that we are starting for our tenants. We have local full-time management and do our own lawn care and plowing, so our tenants get priority treatment. We ask for landlord and employment reference checks, credit/background checks, as well as proof of income of 3x the monthly rent. Co-signers and proof of savings can be considered if you don’t qualify otherwise. First month, last month and security deposit of one month is due upon signing the lease. Pets require renters insurance and another 1/2 month deposit. We may have other apartments available that are not advertised yet.
