Brand new carpet, this unit is unique with stone walls, and Wyo. sky painted ceiling. Kitchen includes everything you need except food. Washer and dryer on site. Basement apartment, one of five other apartments in this large historic house. The unit is very cozy and has been recently completely remodeled. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon, with linens provided in the living room. Both beds sleep two people. There may be other guests above you. The ceilings have been insulated to reduce noise, but you may hear people walking at times. Also, when the boiler is running it sometimes makes a sighing sound. It is down in the basement next to this unit. There is no cable TV, or local channels. You can stream anything from your phone as it has Chromecast. Or if you'd prefer you can watch VHS and DVD's provided or rent from Redbox at Walmart. The entrance to your unit is around back and downstairs. The stairs are short so we don't recommend this unit if you have mobility issues. Also, the bathroom is quite small, as is the shower. If you are over 6 feet tall, or on the large end of the scale, this may not be comfortable for you. Month to month, with 30 days notice. No smoking, no parties. Utilities $178/mo.
