This is for a great little studio/apartment in downtown Monroe, close to West Main St. Walking distance to old-town Monroe and everything it has to offer(bakery, stores, restaurants/bars, cafe, etc...) This apartment has its own entrance, though the laundry room is shared and is very close to the unit entrance. This unit has been painted recently and has some furniture in the unit, including a nice entertainment center that fit perfectly in the living room, a microwave oven, refrigerator, shelves, and a small dishwasher. This unit does NOT have a stovetop/oven, but there is space for a small toaster oven and burners. The last tenant made the best of the unit and cooked regularly without issue. Shared storage space available in detached garage. A key will be provided. The neighbors upstairs are very nice and have been renting for quite some time. They are quiet, respectful and easy-going, they hope to have a neighbor that is similar in those ways. The backyard is shared as well... a small patio, lawn and garden(fairly private). Come see for yourself! First and last month's up front plus a security deposit of $1000 The monthly rent includes ALL utilities to keep it simple. The upstairs tenants will pay 100% of the utilities(~$285/month). Both unit's monthly rent has been calculated into the monthly rent fairly, roughly 2/3 of the utilities get paid by the upper unit, and 1/3 is included in the monthly rent for the smaller unit. This is a non-smoking unit. Firm No pets. No loud noise passed 10pm, or whatever is agreed upon w/ upper unit is fine also.
