If you start your lease in April-June, and continue it through ski season, it will remain $1850/month. Walk out lower level furnished apartment in our home. If a long term lease is arranged, and unfurnished is preferred, we can move the furniture out. Private entrance. We did a complete remodel and update to all new fixtures, appliances, wiring, plumbing and surfaces that was completed in 2019. This is a roomy, well designed apartment, with comfortable furniture and pleasant decor. The rent includes utilities (power, gas, water, sewer, waste, wifi, cable), washer/dryer, off street parking (the right side of the drive is room for a single car, or two cars in tandem), use of patio outside of apartment entrance furnished with patio furniture, as well as deck near entrance with beautiful views of Mt. Olympus. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind on any part of the property, inside or outside. No pets. This is a quiet, established neighborhood with stunning views, in Olympus Cove on the east side of Salt Lake City, with easy access to campus, the beltway, canyons, downtown, and freeways. While we are close to major roadways, it feels very secluded here. We are close to trailheads for Nef's Canyon (only a few blocks away), and shoreline trail access is only a block away. We never tire exploring the area, and love the views in all directions. The rent listed applies for up to 2 tenants. Credit check and background check is required, as well as interview. Utilities, wifi, cable and parking included. Tenants must complete application that includes background and credit check through zillow. Complete lease details will be made available before any agreement is finalized. If unfurnished is preferred, we can negotiate that. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the apartment or anywhere on the property. No pets. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum 10 pm til 7 am. This does not mean silent, just trying to be aware of noise levels at night. We installed insulation between floors and walls of the apartment to improve sound proofing. Tenants are required to keep the apartment, furnishings, and area near the entrance clean and well maintained. No large gatherings or events. Gatherings appropriate to the size of the apartment are fine. We take care of snow clearing when we are in town, which is most of the time. We ask apartment tenants to help clear snow from the walkway to the apartment entrance. Any disruptive or illegal activity is against lease conditions. All conditions and policies are detailed in the lease agreement. The apartment is available beginning April 2024. Minimum lease duration is 2 months, but can be negotiated.
