AVAILABLE: 12/1/2023 Short Term Rental until April 30, 2024. The 1 bedroom is in the Carriage House Condos and is just minutes on the free bus outside to downtown and the resorts. It is located on Prospector Ave at Poison Creek in Park City, Utah. It has updated appliances in the kitchen. It has slate floors and carpet in the bedroom. It has a large flat screen smart TV in the living room and 1 small flat screen TV in the bedroom. I am looking for a mature, clean, responsible and QUIET tenant in this QUIET BUILDING to rent my 1 bedroom condo. It has a jetted tub in the bathroom, overhead fans, a dishwasher, a real fireplace, 1 queen bed, and two futon/sofas in the living room. Cooking and eating utensils are supplied in the full kitchen. There is also a indoor community Jacuzzi and outside swimming pool down the hall from the unit. The unit has 1 parking space. Laundry facilities are in the building. To move in I need $ 2200 for a short - term rental ,& $2200 security deposit and $350 non-refundable cleaning fee. Internet is included. Electricity and cable are not included. Credit report and proof of income required. Sorry no pets allowed in the building and no smoking allowed inside the building. Two people only - Strictly enforced. I am traveling internationally and sometimes reception is not good. It's best to email or text and I will respond asap. I will have no reception 11/23-11/25. Short term starting 12/1/2023 for $4750 total to move in. Will consider long term rental starting 12/1/23 for 2000/mo & $4000 security deposit and a $350 non-refundable cleaning fee = $6350 to move in
