One that is could also be considered a sunroom because of the number of windows allowing tons of natural light in. The unit also has an enclosed patio area which also has a ton of natural light. The building is very close to the City Creek trails which provides access to great hiking, biking, and trail running. No smoking is allowed. Small pets may considered with a monthly pet fee. Parking is limited on the property but is available on the street. Great neighbors. Owner pays for gas, water, and trash removal. Tenant pays for electricity. Pets may be considered with a $30/pet/month fee depending on animal. There is a laundry facility on property available for use on an assigned day. The laundry facility is provided as a convenience at this time but is not considered to be part of the lease in case we ever decide to close it down. We don't intend on doing so however. Absolutely no smoking is permitted. Front area is a shared space and may be used by you and other tenants for a small garden potentially.
